 Term Dates and Tuition

Summer 2025 Term: Sunday, June 15 - August 7
30 mins/$273 45 mins/$399 60 mins/$525***
No Lessons on these dates:
May 30-June 14 (between terms)
July 11-17
Aug 25-30 (between terms)

****SUMMER FLEX WEEKS: Aug 9-22 (students may take 2) 


*Term tuition amounts are based upon the variable number of lessons in each term. There are 40 total lesson for the year. Tuition is based on enrollment, NOT on attendance. 
**Please note that tuition is due on the first scheduled lesson date of each term. There is a $25 late fee per week the payment is late. 
***These rates are based upon 7 lessons. Variable rates are available for students wishing to take extra lessons. 
****Flex weeks are available during the summer term to accommodate making up for summer absences that are communicated two weeks in advance. I can generally only accommodate up to two flex-week lessons. Flex week lessons will generally be offered at the student's normal time, but there may be a few exceptions. Please reach out to confirm the slots.

What does my tuition pay for?:

  • My expertise, including 10 years of higher education in piano performance and pedagogy at highly esteemed programs

  • Access to my teaching philosophies, which stem from my own training from some of today's greatest piano teachers and pedagogues

  • The time I spend researching latest developments in piano teaching, attending teaching conferences, finding new music, etc.

  • Time curating book lists based upon student needs (books not included in tuition)

  • Studio rental costs

  • Instrument tuning and maintenance, as well as other studio maintenance

  • Recital venue and reception fees

  • Printing costs

  • Shared studio resources, including my digital library of studio licensed sheet music

  • My administrative time as a small business owner - bookkeeping, filing taxes, emailing, etc.

  • Holding your weekly time slot in my studio 

Note: Due to popular demand, availability for private piano lessons is currently very limited. Please email Dr. Freeman at panoramicpiano@gmail.com to discuss available time slots and waitlist prior to scheduling a trial lesson.
