Trimester Add-Ons

Theory Lab Access

If you are interested in exploring music theory, writing out your own compositions, and practicing other musical skills, then the theory lab might be perfect for you*! Students may opt for this add on, which allows them 15-30 mins of time in the lab each week.

*The theory lab is independent time for the student, and we may be teaching  lessons or working at the same time. Students who are disruptive may have their access taken away.

Percussion Sampler
$100

This is the perfect way to try some new instrument during the semester and improve your rhythm skills. Enrollment includes three credits for private lessons with Anthony DeMartinis during which he will introduce the snare drum, drum set, marimba, and vibraphone.

The cost also includes a snare pad and drum sticks for students to practice with at home, as well as a music book. Students can keep these materials and use them to practice rhythms in the future!

Payment is due on or prior to the first lesson of the trimester. Late payments will be assessed a $25 per week late fee except in special circumstances.

SUMMER ONLY BOOKING RULES:

  • To reschedule lessons, you must set up a member account on my website. Rescheduling must be done through your account at least 72 hours before the scheduled lesson.

  • I will not reschedule any lessons via text or email - I have been and will continue to spend a lot of time keeping the software working and cannot manage additional scheduling. If you reach out to me, I can only cancel the lesson which always incurs a fee.

  • For cancellations, there is a 50% fee when more than 24 hours notice is given, and a 100% fee with less than 24 hours given. This includes cancellations due to illness or unexpected events. If I have to cancel, you will be refunded fully.

  • Lessons from the academic year may not be made up during the summer. I do not offer lesson credits/makeups. 

  • If you would rather forego the booking system entirely, I can charge you a flat fee that will cover all of the available lessons during your time slot (regardless of how many you plan to attend) throughout the summer. If you would like to choose this option, you must let me know by Monday, May 11th.

  • If you cannot take any summer lessons due to extended travel, you can pay a fee equal to 50% of the total summer lesson cost as a place-holding fee to keep your fall time slot. 

  • Students are welcome to book multiple lessons in the same week as summer is a great time for some to more intensively dive into their piano studies.
